Forever GlobalPay (FGP) is an online portal where your USA and Canada bonuses are deposited to each month.*

Through the FGP portal, you'll have the ability to manage your bonus funds via your phone, tablet or computer. Payout options differ in every country and include bank transfers, wire transfers or Visa debit card. See Payout Options below or log into your account at globalpay.foreverliving.com.

*As of March 17, 2016, all FBOs who are eligible to receive a United States and/or Canada bonus will be paid through FGP

Step 1

Activate Your Account After Bonus Payment

Once a US or Canada bonus payment has been earned it will be paid into your FGP account on the pay date and a Payment Notification email will be sent to you when the funds are available.

Click on the 'Activate Account' button in the email to setup your account. You will need your FBO ID to complete the activation.

Please note, that all FBOs in the USA and Canada, and international FBOs who are sponsored into the USA and Canada, will receive an activation link to their email on file upon joining or sponsoring into the country, however, there is no need to activate or log into your account until you have received a bonus payment.

Review your profile

To ensure your address and contact information on file is correct, go to 'Settings', then 'Profile' to review. If your information is not accurate, please immediately contact your Forever country office or the North America Sales Support team to revise.You can also change your password from the 'Preferences' section.

Select your bonus payout method

Each payday when bonuses are earned, they are added to your FGP account in USD. There are different payout options for all FBOs. Payout options may vary by country and fees may apply. Please log in to your portal at globalpay.foreverliving.com to manage and setup your payout method(s) and payout frequency:

  • Direct Deposit
  • Wire Transfer
  • Prepaid Visa Card
  • Payouts can be initiated one by one or auto transfers can be enabled to transfer your bonus to your chosen payout method automatically each pay day

To request a Visa debit card, select 'Request Card' on the home screen after logging in to your FGP account.

Step 4

Work hard for your next bonus

Now, it's time to put in the work, so you can see your next bonus payout! Expect an email notification every month when your bonus has been paid to your FGP account.


What if I never received a Payment Notification email?

Check your spam email folders and add to your contacts list first. If you haven't received a Payment Notification email and you have earned a bonus, contact your Forever country office or the North America Sales Support team to ensure your email address on file is correct and working. You can then have an activation email sent to you by visiting globalpay.foreverliving.com or asking the Forever country office or the North America Sales Support team to have one sent to you.

What if I never receive a bonus?

If you never receive a bonus from USA or Canada, then your FGP account portal will be dormant until you receive your first bonus. Upon receiving a bonus, you'll get an email instructing you how to log in and access your funds. Please note: accounts will go dormant after 24 months of inactivity and no account balance. Accounts will reinstate when bonuses are paid out.

How do I update my address or other contact information?

Please call your Forever country office or North America Sales Support at: 1-888-440-ALOE (2563).

How can I use my Visa debit card?

Each payday when bonuses are earned, they are added to your FGP account in USD at globalpay.foreverliving.com. Once you have activated your Forever Visa debit card, you will then need to login to your FGP account and select the option to payout the bonus from your account to your Forever Visa debit card. You even have the freedom to setup auto transfers so you will receive your bonuses automatically each pay day!

To activate the Forever Visa debit card, call the number on the back of the card to verify your date of birth.
