Airport transfers
Meeting point on the 5th December – on arrival at BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport, after baggage collection and custom declaration take nearest exit gate. Meet and Greet with our transportation company who will be holding the Forever Logo arrival hall on 2nd floor. Staff will then lead you to the transport on either 1st or 2nd floor pending the vehicle your transfer will be in.

The transfer time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 3.5 hours pending the traffic.

Maximum occupancy per room is 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 children. The hotels require a USD $150.00 deposit (cash or card) for the duration of your stay. This deposit if compulsory to all guests. In addition,

- Children 2-10 years @ THB 400.00 per night inclusive of breakfast
- Children 11 years + @ THB 1,800.00 per night inclusive of breakfast
All of the above supplements should be paid directly to the hotel.

Forever Group Rates:
THB 5,200.00 per night inclusive of service charge, taxes and International buffet breakfast.
There are two tour options. Forever Living Products will provde the transport from the hotel to the destinations and back but each FBO will need to pay the entrance fees applicable and payable in THB at the tour location on arrival. No pre-booking available. You will choose your tour that day. Arrive early to ensure there is space on the tour you prefer.
Option 1 - Big Buddha & Pattaya Floating Market - Depart the hotel betwen 08:30 and 09:00 and travel to view the Big Buddha first. The image of Buddha sat crossed-legged, engraved in gold onto the northern face of Khao Chi Chan is a remarkable sight to see, along with the fabulous landscape surrounding it. This carving is 109-meters-tall and 70 meters wide! Depart the Buddha at 10:30 with your transfer to Pattaya floating markets. This riverside attraction displays culture and local products from the four major regions in Thailand. It is suggested that this is an experience like “Travelling through Thailand in one day”. You will depart the floating market at 12:30 to be back in the hotel for lunch at 13:00.

Option 2 – Sanctuary of Truth & Shopping Mall - Depart the hotel between 08:30 and 09:00 and travel to The Sanctuary of Truth; a wood carving religious structure that features an eye-catching pagoda shape and if you look from afar you will see ascending from the sea. Constructed from many different types of wood and constructed by Thai craftsmen & artisans in the reign of King Rama IX, it is a must see. Depart the Sanctuary of Truth at 11:00 with your transfer to the Central Plaza Shopping Mall. This Festival shopping mall is the flagship shopping destination in Pattaya. Popular with both tourists and locals for international brand clothing and a beachfront location with panoramic view of Pattaya Bay with its eye-catching backdrop – you will not be disappointed! You will depart the Shopping Mall at 12:30 to be back in the hotel for lunch at 13:00.

We would like to offer Infants under 24 months a complimentary Child's Pass. Please follow these steps:
1. Please purchase a child's pass for your infant.
2. Prior to the event, e-mail globalevents@foreverliving.com: your child's passport, a copy of the Eventbrite receipt & your FBO ID.
3. Forever will then issue a refund after the event has ended as long as you have met the above criteria and the copy of your child’s passport validates that they are under 24 months on 7 December 2019.
At EMR19 Pattaya you will be able to purchase products from the local office. Please see this list of all the products that will be on sale. We are not offering a pre-order service, please find the shop at the event in the PEACH Convention Centre close to registration.
